The intent of mediation is to offer the parties the best possible opportunity to agree on a resolution of their issues.   The process belongs to you, the clients, and I adapt both style and tools to fit each unique situation.   My approach to mediation is creative and non-dogmatic, drawing on both classical mediation tools and on a broad base of personal experience.   I am particularly effective de-fusing  contentious or emotionally charged situations, whether they involve individuals or organizations.
